Helping high-impact industries simplify social compliance with SLCP

Global brands want proof of fair labour practices, not just clean products and on-time delivery. Suppliers, meanwhile, often face separate social audits from each customer, covering nearly identical ground in slightly different formats.  The Social & Labor Convergence Program built its Converged Assessment Framework to break that cycle: one standardized assessment, verified once, shared with multiple stakeholders. In 2025, SLCP reported 10,700 assessments covering 7.5 million workers worldwide, with 80 percent of participating facilities returning for a repeat assessment.  This repeat-use rate says something important: this isn't a one-off compliance exercise; it's becoming a standing part of how serious exporters manage social risk.
